So, what is the Difference between Alkaline Water and Alkaline Ionized Water?

In short, Alkaline Water is any water whose pH has been raised above 7.0 You can make bottled water or tap water or well water alkaline by adding baking soda to the water or minerals or chemicals to raise its pH. This makes the water alkaline water.

Alkaline Ionized Water is created by the water electrolysis process, this is the only way to make alkaline ionized water, and it is the only water that has been researched by medical scientist and proven to have health beneficial properties. Ionized alkaline water goes by several different scientific names and those names are:

Molecular hydrogen is considered a novel antioxidant for combating oxidative damage in skin and promoting a youthful appearance. Japanese subjects showed significant improvements in neck wrinkles after bathing in H2 for 90 days.
